Waterbeach Lodge
Waterbeach Lodge is a new development project in the town of Waterbeach in Cambridge. Our planning application has been approved by the local council for a forty four bed residential care hotel and demolition and construction of the current site has begun in May 2011. We are looking forward to opening the hotel to new residents in late 2012.
Waterbeach Lodge will be the sixth care hotel in the group, the third hotel that has been built from scratch and our Chairman, Mr Martyn Gerrard, is especially enthusiastic at the prospect of adding this brand new care hotel to the group. We are confident it will be just as successful as all of our current hotels, whilst maintaining the quality and excellence we have come to expect here at Scimitar Care Hotels PLC.
