Dear Mr Sargeant,
My aunt Eva died at Bullsmoor Lodge in July. She lived there for seven years.
I went to Bullsmoor twice a week and witnessed first hand the complete dedication of your staff. My aunt would not have reached 100 without the level of care and love she was shown. The way the staff look after the residents is wonderful to see.
I just wanted to write and express my gratitude to them all and to let you know.
